Don’t overmanage agents.
In my experience, I’ve never seen agents respond well to control and demands. Most agents who make a career out of real estate are self-starters and don’t work well with strict KPI’s and stringent control.
It is good to set goals and write these down and do simple business plans but for some people, this doesn’t inspire them to achieve. Most people I’ve worked with find a self-determination and get inspired to be more and write better numbers. Be a structured coach when needed but inspire people, fill them up with self-belief and support them above everything else.
