Our Story
Andrew Acton spent years working inside traditional franchise groups - experiencing the systems, the pressures, and the gaps that many business owners face. Over time, one question kept coming back to him:
“There has to be a better way to do this.”
In 2014, he launched Explore Property - not as a franchise model, but as a smarter way to support great people in real estate. One that replaced rigidity with trust, and isolation with connection.
He didn’t set out to build a network. But when others saw what he was building - and felt the same frustrations - the idea spread. One became many.
From that point, Explore grew with intention. Early offices like Mackay proved that with the right support and shared values, real business owners could thrive independently - while still belonging to something bigger.
Ten years on, Explore is a growing network of like-minded leaders - people who believe in support over control, culture over competition, and building something meaningful, together.
